A sentiment analysis on customer service tickets
A sentiment analysis tool for customer service tickets
Everyone knows It’s really hectic to go through hundreds of emails everyday. Our tool helps customer service representatives to prioritise them based on emotions detected from those emails. It’s easy to just read those sad or worried emails and revert to them appropriately.
Register with email and get the analysis done. If you are not comfortable giving your personal mail ID, you can use our test email ID.

This was hard to judge. The design looks great, so very good job on that. And the problem you're trying to solve I sounds very useful.
I would have preferred some demo data though. The app wanted access to my gmail account, and I don't feel comfortable giving that away. Requiring that access is the reason for the low utility/fun score.
And then the team let me know about the test account...
Okay, bumped the utility / fun score up. This could be a really simple way for a company to get set up with sentiment analysis. Curious as to how you did that analysis. Did you plug into an existing library for it, or did you roll your own?
The idea is nice but the sentiment score was not right most times :P (maybe because most of my emails are in portuguese!)
The design looked great, but I really don't like that I was asked to create an account manually and then also login with gmail and provide access to my personal emails before experiencing the app. It would have been nice to know what was required before signing up initially. It also seems like it should be possible to type in some example text to see how it works, instead of being required to provide access to emails.
