I missed this from my time in high school. A great way to test knowledge of the keyboard and speed in typing. For me personally I would've like for the wrongly type letters to take a point off but allow me to correct it mainly because it causes me to lose my rhythm and I mess up 3 or 4 in a row until my brain catches up and I recover. Force of habit I guess since the brain wants to "backspace" and fix the mistake. :D
I've always liked typing games in general, and I like how you designed the game. A couple small things that I'm sure weren't intentional - some of the sentences stretch above the scrollbar and when you type a letter you have to scroll back up which affects your ability to type, and some of the sentences have some weird grammar, like some didn't have a space after the period in a sentence. All in all I really liked the game!
Pretty cool. Reminds me of "The Typing of the Dead" -- I alllllmost didnt take the time to test it -- the signup stuff is a tough roadblock for testers. Luckily junk info got me in ;)
Good: This is a really fun game that can help improve the typing speed and accuracy.
Improvements: 1. The design could be little better, I saw vote text floating in the background. 2. From the product standpoint, the app should not ask for name everytime I log-in and figure it out on its own.
Overall good job!
That was pretty fun :)
