Simple idea. Excellent execution. I love that it adds a new element to Rock Paper Scissors. Really makes you examine your opponent's motives more closely.
The game looks good but the play seemed slow or disconnected. It took me a little while to realize that the countdown was involved. It would have been better to jump to the results as soon as each friend selects their play. It was also confusing seeing both player options on 1 page.
The characters are cute and the UI is very easy to use. However I did not notice the health bar until I had used it a couple times so that could be more apparent.
So much fun!!! Takes rock paper scissors to a whole new level
The css really catches my eye and I enjoy the gameplay as well good job!!
Needs instructions or a tutorial, unsure how this works. Couldn't make the pre-deadline version do anything interesting other than selecting squares.
Cute and stunning art style and really simple and clean UI, smashing work! I think the fact that you can see the power-ups your opponent has truly does add to game strategy in a fun and inventive way.
+ great graphics, simple to share and start the game
- what is going on? What cards can I (should I) click on? This was very unclear.
The game, UI, and characters look good. That said, I have absolutely no idea how to play. I could click on characters, but it wasn't obvious if it did anything. I think the game is missing some user feedback to let players know what they are doing. I could also use some instructions on how I am supposed to play, it is very non-obvious to me. I was able to tie the game, but I have no idea what I did to tie the game, and what different things I'd need to do to actually win. I also tried your latest version just to see if it had some instructions, but I was unable to join a game I made in another browser. Good job getting something working, though, it definitely looks like a good start!
I'm not sure if there was something else i had to do but the counter sat at 0 and nothing else happened

Thanks!! We weren't sure if it was actually fun, until we finished MVP, and saw that it does actually take some skill and psyching out your opponent to win...
