We wanted to make it easy, fun, and collaborative to raise Tamagotchi in Slack channels.
We thought it would be fun to raise a Tamagotchi-like pet in Slack. We've currently limited it to one-per-channel to encourage collaboration. We see this as something we'd like to continue to build-out, outside of the Node Knockout window.

I don't understand what I should to do to interact
with my pet :(
PS.: The "ENTRY URL" is redirecting to itself, causing loop
The site and concept were well presented and more polished than many other entries. The notion of raising a Tamagotchi collaboratively is somewhat interesting, though I don't know whether it would find wide enough appeal among Slack users since I really don't know much about why people raise a Tamagotchi in the first place.
I do really like the idea of team-building through something like this though, and I think Slack is an interesting channel for it. I could see some combination of group gameplay and/or problem solving being a hit this way. For revenue (if interested in pursuing), you might look at the kinds of things that companies do at offsites and then create a slack version of some of the more popular ones (e.g. mystery / puzzle games etc). Interesting approach!
Good: I really like the concept. Landing pages are well designed.
Improvements: 1. I don't seem to be able to take any other action on the pet apart from 'murder'. 2. It should choose any name instead of throwing 404 if the name is empty.
Overall good job!
Fun and interesting project. Brings back fond memories haha
